New Member Orientations

The New Member Orientation is your chance to learn more about your Presentation Guild membership benefits and meet and greet your fellow presentation professionals during this one-hour orientation. Come ready to ask questions and enjoy the discussion. We will have Board Members and volunteer Members available to answer any questions on how to navigate your Guild Membership.

Board Info Sessions

Join a Board Info Session to learn about our Board teams and projects and ask any questions on your mind. The Board Info Sessions run in August and September of each year - check the Events calendar for the next upcoming session. 
 
The presentation community is comprised of intelligent, creative people who need their voices to be heard. If you’ve longed to make an impact in our industry, join one of our info sessions to see how you can do that through the Presentation Guild. The Presentation Guild Volunteer Sessions 

The Presentation Guild is dependent on our amazing volunteers to support the various functions and tasks that benefit our members. Volunteers gets a regular opportunity to meet with the Board to learn about upcoming Events and projects. The Volunteer Sessions is by invitation only.

The Presentation Guild Annual Meeting

The Presentation Guild's Annual Meeting is an opportunity for members (and those curious about the Guild) from around the world to take part in evolving the Guild into the next year. The Annual meeting takes place in November - check the Events calendar for exact date and time. 

During the meeting, you’ll meet the Board of Directors and have a chance to speak directly with them about the Guild’s plans for upcoming year. Team leads will discuss our Strategic Plan for the next year events, programs, volunteer opportunities, and overall goals.

This is a chance to learn what is happening behind the scenes of the Guild and hear about opportunities for you to help the Guild elevate the presentation industry. The meeting is open to everyone—so invite a friend or two!
