I was born in Barbados and raised in New York, where I spent 10 years studying ballet, which fueled my lifelong passion for creative expression. This creative foundation has shaped much of my professional journey, eventually leading me to become the CEO of a capacity-building firm. Over the past five years, I’ve helped more than 50 entrepreneurs and impact organizations optimize their operations, streamline workflows, and implement data-driven strategies, consistently driving six-figure annual revenues. My background in creative project management and digital marketing has allowed me to merge artistry with strategy, successfully guiding program launches and fostering meaningful brand engagement.

I’m drawn to the Presentation Guild because it combines my passion for creativity and communication with the opportunity to support professionals in their career development. I’m excited to bring my experience in community engagement to the Board, where I can contribute to the Guild’s growth by cultivating an inclusive environment and enhancing member benefits. My goal is to foster deeper connections within the Guild, create strategies to engage new members, and support the continued success of the community.
