Every year, the Presentation Guild Board of Directors welcomes new members. We are looking for the next group of directors to help us shape the Guild and its future. If you love presentations and our community, this opportunity is for you.

The board is looking for active and enthusiastic directors to help serve our community and move the Guild forward. We welcome all applicants, and if you happen to have skills in marketing, design, or project management, all the better.

What does the Board do? The Board is in charge of steering the Guild towards its mission:
Promote the presentation design and production industry as a profession, recognize the skills and expertise of presentation creation specialists, and provide opportunities for members to expand their knowledge and abilities.
We strive to provide education, support, and resources to presentation creation and support professionals in improving their skills and advancing their careers. We’re passionate about the Guild and the industry and are excited to add to our team.
Our specific initiatives cover a wide range of activities, including events, marketing, advocacy and education for presentation professionals.
What does service on the Board require?
Board terms are 3 years. Each Director on the Board is expected to attend board meetings and join at least 2 functional teams: Governance, Membership, Education & Advocacy, Marketing, Events, and Technology.
Directors are expected to remain responsive to Board communications and organizational tools. Directors must contribute in a manner consistent with our Core Values.
Perks of Board Membership
You’ll be helping to lead your industry and community. Becoming a director means being on an active and engaged team. Board members' Guild dues are suspended while they serve on the Board.
