A Preview of the 2025 State of the Presentation Report
More than 300 presentation professionals from 36 countries shared their experiences, covering pay, job titles, tools, workflows, and outlooks. Participation was voluntary and self-reported – open to anyone whose role involves designing, developing, or delivering presentations, whether as an independent consultant, an in-house team member, or a business leader.
This year’s data makes it clear: presentation work is becoming more visible, more varied, and more essential.
