What is the Presentation Guild New Member Orientation?
The Presentation Guild New Member Orientation is a one-hour session where new members get the opportunity to meet members of the board, learn how to make the most of their membership, and become familiar with the Guild's programs, resources, and community. The session is designed to help members get connected quickly and feel confident navigating everything the Guild has to offer.
What will be covered in the session?
The session will be led by current Presentation Guild directors and will include time to learn how to register for events, add them to your calendar, attend live sessions, and access recordings and supporting materials afterwards. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions, explore our Slack community, and take a guided tour of the website and member resources.
What to expect at the the session?
The session is on Zoom. Cameras are encouraged to build connection but not required. Expect a friendly, low-pressure environment where participation is welcomed, not mandated, and where joining exactly as you are is completely acceptable.
