All Hands on Deck is our quarterly community catch-up for presentation professionals who are Presentation Guild members. This 60-minute session brings members together for board updates, announcements, quick spotlights, and shared wins across the Guild. It is a warm, inclusive space designed to keep everyone aligned, informed, and connected to the wider presentation community.
What happens when presentation professionals hang out?
When presentation professionals gather, the discussions quickly span the full breadth of our craft. We exchange strategies for streamlining workflows and elevating presentation delivery. Conversations often dive into career growth, emerging trends like AI, and the real-world challenges of working in this profession. Together, we share insights, troubleshoot problems, celebrate wins, and learn from one another’s diverse experiences.

The Presentation Guild members-only Slack channels are the go-to spaces for Presentation Guild members to stay connected between sessions—suggesting topics, sharing wins and challenges, swapping stories from the field, and offering practical advice to fellow professionals.
What to expect at the event?
Sessions are held on Zoom. Cameras are encouraged to build connection but never required. Expect a friendly, low-pressure environment where participation is welcomed, not mandated, and where joining exactly as you are is completely acceptable.
