You might also be able to set up the links in Acrobat itself to make them behave better. (I know that's not the most efficient way, but hey, if it works....)

Answer to: Text Levels - Best Practices

That could be very interesting if slides based on each are combined into the same presentation. I'd probably build them both out the same way on the back end and then show only the first couple of lev...

Answer to: Text Levels - Best Practices

Personally, I find this difficult for users to understand and usually pretty fiddly for them to implement. Maybe you can format the first level as a header (use a space bullet so it functions when the...

Answer to: Is there a way to change the formatting of a text placeholder and have PPT keep that formatting?

I will simply echo everything Julie said above. Regarding number of placeholders on a layout, I have never hit a limit, but I have also seen many more included than what is shown in the example.

Ugh, what a PITA. Thank you for explaining things in such an organized manner and with so much good detail! I think the issue here isn't specifically Mac vs PC, but rather that the path to the Dropbox...

Answer to: Does anyone know a good workaround for changing the animation order of series in a PPT chart?

To be honest, I don't think we've ever been able to change the order of the animation series in a chart. We used to be able to ungroup the charts in order to animate them more easily, though. What yo...

Answer to: Inserting a playlist into Powerpoint

Agree with what Dane has said here. But honestly? I'd just plug the sound jack into a backup computer and play the playlist from audio software on that system. No need to dump it into PowerPoint unles...

Post a request for a northern California channel in slack, and I'm sure Bethany will set it up. It just needs a couple other people to express interest. Ric doesnt have to be one of them. 🙂

Answer to: PPT slide dimensions for mp4 export?

Standard widescreen 13.33 x 7.5 should be fine. 13.33 x 7.5 equals 1920 x 1080 when you export as full HD. (Basically, 1920 x 1080 = 13.33 and 7.5 x 144 ppi*.) 13,33 x 7.5 equals 3840 x 2160 when you ...
